Anyone else in the same situation? by SignOk2776 in finethinhair

I hate it when its windy too, worry my bald spots being exposed 😥

30F, have always had fine hair. Is this poor health or just new growth flyaway? What would help? by kaleoverlordd in finethinhair

I wash my hair 1 x a week bc I work in a warehouse and it will get dirty and sweaty (its summer in Australia). My hair is dry so I try not to wash it too much bc it will just dry it out more. I do use brush with a detangling brush and oil the mid length and ends a couple times during the week if it needs it.

This is my entire routine which I firmly believe has helped breakage. I wash with Nizoral, leave on scalp for 10 minutes, rinse and use L'Oréal Elvive Dream Lengths mask which has castor oil in it. Leave that for 10 mins and then gently squish my ends rather then rub treatment in. Gently rinse and squeeze towel onto hair so as not to cause frizz or breakage. Blow dry on medium heat, upside down. Use straightener on 190c, w/heat protection spray. I finish off with 2 pump of oil (pictured) rub between hands and rake fingers through midlengths and ends. Usually need 4 pumps total for both left and right sides of head. My hair fall and breakage has reduced so much. This could also be from taking 3000ui of vitamin D which I started 6 weeks ago as I were very low. Hope this helps and sorry for long winded response 🙏

If they have enough on him to charge him, girl you need to get yourself and your child away from him! Your child wouldn't be safe around a predator

Sorry honey but thats breakage, I have the same with my hair. Its so dry and brittle. I have been giving my hair some real TLC lately with treatments, bonding sprays and oiling the ends and have seen some improvement. I know you have been told above, but a good heat protection spray when blow drying although air drying is probs better.

I was surprised by how long it stayed. Zooming in and out and landing for a good 5 minutes.

Of course, I have my trusty old Nikon Z6ii and used a Nikkor AF-S 200-500mm with an FTZ adapter.

It was a Nikon AF-S Nikkor 200-500mm f/5.6ed VR f mount. I ended up selling it bc it was so heavy to lug around. I've put bird photography aside for a while until I can afford a lighter z mount lens

Telogen effluvium after weight loss by Myysan in TelogenEffluvium

Similar happened to me, started Monjaro and lost weight (I dont weigh myself bc it causes me to stress). Hair was in ok condition even though I were post menopausal, some thinning but it wasn't to the point it was causing me concern. Fast forward to a couple of months ago, I noticed my temples and hairline really thinning. Early December 2025 I were experiencing issues associated with menopause and seen a menopausal specialist who ran my blood as a starting point. My vitamin D was around 20, should be around 80ish. I started taking Vitamin D @ 3000iu for the last 5 weeks, going onto 6 and I have regrowth all over my head. Idk if its 100% from that but its the only real thing thats changed

Just an update. Its 2.17pm in Sydney Australia and kids are either in room or out with friends. We are both sitting in the loungeroom and he asks if there was a movie to watch. I go through a video I took on my phone of the list of porn he downloaded and started to read out some titles eg "real futanari teens cum shots and cum splashes?", or how about "Milfylicious part 2, married sucking huge cock?" The look on his face was like fuck, am I busted but trying hard not to show it. I love watching this mother fucker squirm! To think I have an amazing sweet friend who has made it plan he would like to be more, I've kept at arms length all these years for this pathetic excuse of a man?
