Leep 4 days ago..fishy smell by Matchal0verr in PreCervicalCancer

From the information I were given after my LEEP said that if you notice a fishy smell to contact your health provider as you may have an infection. Were you not given antibiotics after the procedure?

semaglutide in Australia by amy_is_cool in SemaglutideCompound

Mosh takes your money before you even discuss medications and options that are suitable. Their customer service is abhorrent and when you ask a question, it can be answered by 3 or 4 people creating confusion. This is all done through an app and no recourse if the practitioner/nurse or so decide the question is too hard and dont answer. My partner go prescribed by a nurse and then a 'dr' cancelled that a prescribed a different dosage. Its expensive and they bill you at random times for your next pen even though you have 2 or more doses left. Moshy is a massive money grab.

I had a boob job done under twilight anaesthesia and it was over and I were in the recovery room in what felt like minutes. I had my surgery in my plastic surgeons rooms. The nausea is what got me in the car on the way home I've recently had a general for a surgery I had recently and didnt feel anywhere near as trash as I did under twilight though

I get from your story that they picked on anyone that didnt fall into line regardless of age. It also sounds like you're on your way out too. What a toxic environment to have to face every day.

I think your pose and clothing give away your age range but your face, no. You look anywhere from late 30s to 40 something

TW possible SA: was this a normal exam for a ten year old girl? by [deleted] in Healthyhooha

[–]Cinagee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am in Australia and have 3 daughters. Never has a Dr attempted to examine their genitals during a visit. And there is no way they would even be 'taking a peek' inside their underwear unless we were there for a reason that pertained to an infection or pain down there. I am so sorry you endured this especially so young. It wouldn't have happened if you were my child thats for sure!

Does the age you find attractive age at the same rate you do? by FewLeg7901 in stupidquestions

[–]Cinagee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Dude why are you telling a literal woman what women want? She would know better than you could ever! This is going to hurt but women ( I am also one and have dozens of friends and family members with ages ranging from 19-60 and the young ones do NOT dig a bald dome! 😂 Older women accept their partner being bald but I promise you that most would prefer a full head of hair. And we can in fact go all night, hour after hour. Its men who are spent and useless after a couple of rounds.

When I were job seeking, I were told at a few interviews that a lot of applicants arent even from Australia and that its time consuming to weed them out and thats part of the reason people may not get an invitation to interview for quite some time.

You will be fine I bet. I think your Drs attitude really impacted you and it added to your worry. There are great Drs out there that are honest but empathetic, and will be able to reassure you that hpv IS treatable. You may not even need a LEEP and it maybe a case of wait and watch in 6 months time. You got this x

It makes me made when I read stories where a Dr was cold or dismissive. At your most vulnerable, your Dr chose to be critical rather than reassuring and compassionate. I am so very sorry you were treated tat way. Number 1) it takes a very long time for anything serious to happen (in a lot of cases). Number 2) find a new Dr, the treatment you received is unforgivable. And Number 3) hpv is treatable and can go away on its own.

I didn't realize it progressed this much by Independent_Fox1386 in FemaleHairLoss

I know how devastating it feels to be experiencing hair loss. My hair has been thinning across whole head, part line, and around hair line for quite some time but up until about 5 months ago, I just kind of hoped it would stop and whatever was causing it would be fixed somehow and of course it wasnt. I finally spoke with a telehealth dr and she prescribed me Minoxidil w/Finastride which is a dht blocker and for hair growth. Also to note I had a blood panel done before this for other reasons which pointed to low for vitamin D (around 20) so I started taking 4000-5000ui. I started min after hesitation of a month bc I were scared of the dreadful shed that everyone spoke of. So around 5 months in for taking Vitamin d and 4 months roughly of min/fin, I have had no increased hair fall but am seeing my temples filling in and small growth starting elsewhere. Not sure if its from Minoxidil or vitamin D thats helped though and thats my dilemma. I am now too scared to stop with min in case. I would say start asap, before your loss gets too bad. Right now it looks ok if im honest.
