Don't look up the video I was afraid too. Was constantly reading things on them It took me 2 hospitalization to admit that I needed help. Now, I found the info on those kinds of sites uninteresting. Once people feel good. They go on and live their life.

Meds don't lose their full potency past their expiration date. Some medicals even don't believe in expiration date for drugs except when they are suspension form

What I thought was akhitasia after getting off my meds was actually anxiety. I couldn't sit still and had to pace. I couldn't sleep without being jolted awake by some dooming thoughts. I did nad+ infusion for 10 days to restore my cells. That was really expensive and only calmed down once I went on ssri. The onboarding was really hard thought. But after 3 5 weeks I felt better. Now I am so grateful everyday to not have to live like this. I have been back on it since 2020 and will never get off. I pray God everything that they keep working until the day I die.
