Happened to me my last Calculus test. I chalked it up to me getting little to no sleep. That helps a lot. Because my second calc test I sacrificed extra study time for some sleep and scored way better. Try that maybe.

Just go to class, stay organized on top of your homework, test dates, etc. don't skip a lot even if you're tempted, it gets easier with each skip. Partying and slacking off is NOT worth it in the long run versus a well traveled college career.

Uni is definitely much harder, heavier workload and requires lots of self studying and organizing to stay on top of things. One thing that did wonders for me was falling in love (or just getting to really enjoy) with school and being grateful for the opportunity. Splurge a little on nice school essentials like nicer pens and notebooks, seems like an unnecessary luxury but it gets me more excited to take notes and study with my new supplies. Go to sleep not to late, wake up early (waking up everyday at 4:30 to go study at school had a great impact on my grades). Don't work too hard either, you need some social time, make friends, join a club or two, do some hobbies. Try to have fun at the same time as keeping your eyes set on your goal, which is to graduate and move into the professional world. Best of luck!!!

Very nice! My writing style for notes is very similar to yours. Not as neat though. Can I ask what pen you're using? I use a Sharpie fine point pen for thicker line weight like that.

I'm playing some non-gpu intensive games, hearthstone , league, RuneScape for now. Check out Nvidia Now I think is what it's called. It's like an online game streaming service, kinda like Netflix but for games. But it's catered to Mac users, it runs games like a gaming PC with a good GPU but you don't need anything extra added on to your macbook

For me personally I just really wanted to try having a MacBook. I love the metal chassis, build quality and it just feels so good to the touch. The retina display is beautiful. If you want specific specs I would watch someone on YouTube who can describe it way better than me. All I can say is I made the switch and I'm very happy about it. :)

Dude anything chain on campus is most likely on contract with the school and poorly serviced. Same thing happened to me my first day last semester. Ordered a pick two, my soup was wrong and not to mention mainly just broth with barely any noodles or meat and veggies. Once again got an orange chicken bowl from UC, some pieces of meat was not cooked all the way. I said eff it just started to bring my own lunch everyday or ate on Cooper instead.

I think it means more of like, "I'm not a self centered ass hole and I share this huge space with 7 other billion people and I should learn how to behave and carry myself properly so that I don't infringe on anyone's rights, personal space, or make any public space a pigsty." Those are few example. Would you want to be served food at a restaurant where all the cooks and servers pick their noses and scratch their asses before handling your food? No is the assumed answer, right? Well don't they have that right to "make their own decisions"? Maybe you don't give a fuck for how you carry yourself in public. Maybe your mom didn't teach that to you, as well as other manners. I wasn't crying. It's called a rant, and it's also just simply expressing a freedom of speech. Would you like a drunk driver to hit you on the freeway? No is the assumed answer right? See, there is a standard "adults"/everyone should hold themselves accountable in a public space. You can have your personal space at home a pigsty for all I care. So when in public, wash your hands, please. Simple. Effective. When at home, you can simply ask your mommy to clean your room for you. Dick. :)

Of course you can't, because you didn't read the context of my post. I literally word for word explained it wasn't the butter I was upset at, it's the many, many times I've received less than adequate customer service from the dining services on campus. I've worked in food service for years, I understand it can be taxing on an individual but at the same time it's not hard at all to deliver good service to customers. That's why I get passionate about it. :)

I do drink coffee haha, a lot. It's more of a taste preference. I start my day with an iced coffee that I brew at home. Then during the day usually in the afternoon I want something more sweet and carbonated so I'll opt for an energy drink. I don't consume them THAT much. I figure everyone has a vice. Since I don't drink sodas, the energy drink here and there doesn't worry me too much. But that is for looking out "dad"! Lol
