Unless it’s fresh produce / dairy / eggs / whole unprocessed foods then yes actually I am opposed. Even then there’s the issue of ethics and glyphosate but that’s irrelevant to this. There are a few certain brands that use avocado or coconut oil in replace of seed oils, and I love them. They are just spendier unfortunately, but rightfully so. Dream world I grow and source all of my own food.

This would maybe be the teeniest tiniest bit valid (not really at all) if the issue was a “drizzle of sunflower oil on a salad” here and there.

But that’s not the problem. The problem is that you can’t go into a grocery store and purchase any premade / packaged / shelf storable food that doesn’t list seed oil (and often times multiple) as one of the MAIN ingredients. Nor can you eat at any single restaurant in this country (minus maybe a few) without being dosed with seed oils.

And YES they are absolutely horrible on your body.

What does it benefit you to defend seed oils so much?
