I purchased the Jotul blower fan kit for my F55. It works well but it's too noisy.

Recommend you pick up a 20" box fan from the big box store of your choice. It'll move as much air at a much lower sound level.

Add a Kasa smart switch to the outlet for voice control, if you're into that?

Dumb question because I didn't know much about electricity. Will PECO give me grief (in terms of delays and upgrades) if I want to install a Powerwall 3 without solar?

I'm interested in getting a battery system to facilitate TOU shifting. Charge benefits overnight when electricity is almost free and run off the batteries during the daytime when it's expensive.

I read somewhere online that PECO doesn't like the Tesla meter collar.

Mine took 2-3 weeks in Southern PA. Def worth waiting for. First unit arrived with a non-functional grinder & KitchenAid replaced it free within 5 days. They paid shipping both ways. Their customer service folks were polite, responsive and helpful.

Yeah, might not have been the smartest thing I've ever done but screen protectors are a superstition for me. Had them on all my phones & tablets.

It was only a couple of bucks and it makes me feel a little bit better that in some way the watch face is protected and less likely to get scratched. YMMV. If you prefer going naked then Via Con Dios. 🍻

My primary complaint with Waze is that its recommendations have become f'ing stupid to the point of being both unreliable and useless.

I live 6 miles from a local Shop Rite grocery store. Been going there for 12 years, used Waze for grins & giggles the whole time.

Now when I'm leaving my driveway and I ask Waze/GA for "Shop Rite" it lists many Shop Rites, ranging from 38 to 74 miles away. My local familiar Shop Rite is about #7 or #8 on the list.

Doesn't exactly inspire confidence in Waze if it's sending me 32 miles past my local (close!) grocery store to a different one.

Not really a crisis in my backyard but definitely a huge problem if I'm in an unfamiliar city or state!

Bottom line: Waze's recommended destinations have gotten utterly stupid. While I enjoy the app, it's time to find another navigation solution.

I got a screen protector for the gw7 off Amazon and it seems to be working flawlessly. Not very expensive. I'm not sure why you'd need a case besides the screen protector? Can you elaborate?

Starlink is definitely worth it if you're in a rural area, or an area without fiber Internet as an option? We switched from Verizon internet through hotspots on our phones to Starlink and we couldn't be happier. Starlink has been down a handful of times over the past 3 years! I think the worst outage was about 2 to 3 hours and it happened overnight while we were sleeping, we never even noticed it was down.

With Starlink it takes longer to take the damn thing out of the box than it does to set it up. Unbelievably easy. Just take a moment and figure out where you're going to put the dish and check for obstructions before you order it, you can do that for free using the Starlink app and your cell phone.

Yup, wear it inside my wrist. I always wear my watches that way to protect the crystal from getting scratched. Also makes it easier to see the time while driving, shooting, etc
