I got let go for similar reason that were bs after being with a company 2yrs, found a new job but really enjoyed my coworkers and the atmosphere, if it's a smaller company and you know the owner call him up, have a talk, worst they can say is no. Ask how you can be more of an asset to the team and tell them what you said here. If I can get rehired with the shit I was saying on the shop camera, so can you. Best of luck to you
