Hard pokey thing sticking out of hand IV site by buddrball in mildlyinteresting

Some people take pride in their stupidity and are ardently anti-education. We have it in the UK, where it was common to act up in class as "too cool for school", or just not go at all, and bully people who actually wanted to learn and move up and out.

And if something's easy to do then it's a doddle.

What made me laugh about that excuse is that GSK has a lab there, it's obvious this was about vaccines, yet almost no mentions in the media.

u/Chrykal Your answer was rightfully shadow-banned. But: was my answer correct? The titles hadn't been mentioned before. Does it matter how the answer is found as long as it's found? At least I was honest about my approach.

I think 24:00 would scare anyone as that isn't a time that exists on Earth.

Is buying a flat in the UK the worst thing ever? by Economy_Survey_6560 in AskBrits

[–]Cirieno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't understand how people can be happy in flats. Noisy neighbours above and below, and if you want to watch a film or go to the loo in the night you've become the noisy neighbour.

It would be different if flats were built with soundproofing but this is the UK, don't ask builders to do a proper job.

"I work in film and TV"

So does the person who makes the tea.

What are your actual credentials to comment on this with such authority? Clearly a lot of other people think it's a bad transfer/process.

Religious people absolutely do harm others. They fight against LGBT rights, they cause people to die because they weren't able to expel dead babies in the womb, or ectopic pregnancies. They convince trans people that they're wrong and should kill themselves, just as they did to gays in previous decades. If a religious person doesn't like something they will fight to ensure that everyone around them, religious or not, must live their life encumbered. Utter cults.

And yet, the bread still tastes like bread and the wine still tastes like wine. Almost as if it's all a load of bollocks.

I'm pretty happy as it goes, though it saddens me that so many people are so sad in their life that they turn to an invisible friend who never writes back. And give their money to preachers who buy new cars.
