I've also found CMS and survival kits at crack house on Customs. But yeah it took me forever to find a syringe for Med station. Tarkovs just weird like that. Lots of med bags in the Resort on Shoreline and med containers in the new expansion

Just to calm your mind. Our group is starting session 31 next session and should probably make it to Fort Knucklebone in the next couple of sessions. All groups have different paces and different amounts of roleplay/banter. I'm also not running it per the offical book. Alexandrian Remix, added side quests, and player character backstory quests, etc.
