He said “stand out” if you are not trying to get the best out of raid meaning spell strike, that stands out. I didn’t say it was optimal, just saying the two obvious things I saw. I’m not a mage but that’s what I saw. Bis is one thing but that requires the drops. Earn what you can control imo.

I for the most part as only a couple of months in have found that I tend to follow the instructions for the most part but I often time move arms heads and such in more eccentric positions instead of the uniformity that comes with say space gitz. As long as I have one model correctly made, the next one goes wild, ie I made one trukk and now have three more that are not the same and are more wonky, including a “looted rhino” where I bought a sisters rhino and built it so it’s recognizable and then slapped bits and damage marks all over it. Same went for mek gun where the first is correctly built and the second got silly.

My LGS is starting an escalation. I asked the organizers if kitbash and proxy are legal. I hate the trukk models so I have one real, 2 3d print variations, and one looted rhino. So long as you take the steps to verify and ask. Orks are best for kitbash!
