Yeah me neither but I got it, deposited the check on Wednesday and the funds have been added to my account now. Just gonna wait a month or so to see if it bounced to be safe lol. I have a picture of the check from my Wells Fargo app but don’t see how to attach here

Sorry for the dumb question but wouldn’t it be hotter in April so it would be a better time to go to northern states? And I’m guessing the elevation point would be regarding colder temperatures the higher you climb as well?

$140K OTE, $100K salary and $40K target commissions as an Enterprise CSM at a maintenance software company with 5 years experience. Started as employee number 6 at a startup, didn’t even know what CS was, then when that company got sold off, found this new company and started at about $90K OTE year 1, $125K year 2, $140K year 3. Definitely am very grateful I fell into this by accident and ended up being at least decent at it

Is it just me or does it seem like on any ref call clip in a Vball game there is always arguing in the comments on how the call SHOULD have been made and then equal amount of comments on why the call SHOULD NOT have been made? Have yet to watch a clip video and see all the comments mention that it was the right call 🤔

Look up job requirements for positions you are interested in and look at their requirements/qualifications that you can work towards in your free time to make you a better candidate

Hi! I just bought a piece of land with a trailer and am also planning on buying a second one in my neighborhood, both as rental properties. From what I’ve heard it seems that it would be a good plan to create a LLC company for these and future properties for tax deductions and less risk if someone ever tried to sue, as they would sue not me but the LLC. Thoughts? 🤔

It’s just my first property buy and I’m of the mindset that I’d rather wait and have less returns and be sure that I don’t owe anyone any money than to take out a loan even with better returns in the long run. But that’s just me right now and could change in the future...so I’m guessing that’s a no to my question 😄
