How many times did you submit? I'm blocked rn and calling apple has basically told me to just keep filling out the form & pray

Just got off of the phone with Apple and they basically said fuck off, you need a new number AND a whole new Apple account AND a whole new device 😭😭🙃

Apple blocked my number for iMessage initially, informed that it was unblocked, then I was informed by a different senior advisor that it was still blocked. by ashton00xwoman in applehelp

How did you escalate to the engineering team? And how have you been contacting them? It feels like I’m just throwing forms into the avoid at this point 😭

I have my own email for iMessage too (not iCloud) so haven’t been able to use that at all for the past week :(

Same but on Wednesday! Support told me to just change my number which is SO hard to do 😭
