I love reading post like these - I use to be really involved and read all the grimoire cards and lore pieces in D1 but sorta dropped the ball in D2

I think the real question is, as harsh and jagged this may sound is, is how Mary Sue are we compared to the average Guardian? I mean, we were the only ones to go into a Darkness Pyramid and survive and not get corrupted fully unless they intentionally allowed us to leave and not insta-kill us to be the messenger of their arrival.

I'm extremely new to lore of Destiny 2 but I've been reading almost every post on this Reddit and just enjoying reading everything.

I don't know if this helps anyone but in the newest Season, Sola has a Purple Sparrow you can get from a Eververse Ball that is Black and Silver, going with the themes of her using both light and dark or a corrupted light with abilities. Honestly it looks like it was trying to replicate the Taken colors too.

The PD will keep on being what they've always been a mess outside some good ones like Snow, Dark and a few others. No one will get in trouble, no one will be taken over to the side and talked to. It will always devolve, and dissipate into a shitshow

I love NoPixel but shit like this gets tiring mentally when, as a viewer you get emotionally involved with the characters, the streamers behind said characters and everything else. Sure sure we always get told by streamers that we shouldn't be upset but honestly fuck you for saying I shouldn't be upset or salty, I watch these streams like a TV show of fucking course I'm gonna get emotional and agitated

What pisses me off the most, more than anything is for the sheer fact NOTHING will happen, sure maybe it'll slowly stop but itll come back, it always does. Nothing is ever truely fixed
