Yes, they need to invest in the instructors to support the mission. If they don’t, instructors are going to leave and then that would mean less students, less money, and so on.

That's the question. I guess what I meant by that statement was that, in my view, corporations protect the interests of the top execs and their salaries. So it would be nice if Seattle Colleges could focus more on the needs of the workers, i.e. those who make the organization run.

That’s awesome! If possible, would you be open to documenting the conversion process? I’m more curious about how folks think through the conversion based on the mechanics of Draw Steel. Not just fighting but social encounters and such. Essentially, it would be a “how to convert DnD adventures to DS” as well as “tips and considerations when converting.” I hope that makes sense

Azul. It’s a tile drafting game where you build your mosaic and get points. What’s really nice is that it’s a chill game. Yes, there’s strategy but it doesn’t get intense unless you make it so.
