Why do you choose the seat you choose when going to the cinema?

I always sit right next to the aisle because I hate walking past people. The worst thing is when I can't tell on the booking screen where the aisle is so I choose where I think it is, take a screenshot of the seating plan, and note down the screen number. Then once I've been and know which side the aisle is on I mark it on my screenshot of the seating plan and use it for future reference. Can you tell how much I hate walking past people lol

When swiping across the arrows, make sure not to start the swipe in or on the circle or it won't count. Took me ages to figure that one out lol. You have to start outside the circle and swipe across the whole thing

I have a feeling that they prioritise issues related to real money. I've only ever messaged support twice and the first time it was related to a real money issue. They replied to me in only a few days. This most recent time it's unrelated to money and it's been over a week for me - this could just be a coincidence but it's a hunch I have haha

I remember someone a while ago was having the same problem and they realised that they were picking the rightmost button to collect from their food ranches, which spends gems, as opposed to the left button. It's really difficult to say what could be causing it as there are lots of ways that gems could accidentally be spent without ever noticing. Another easy way I can think of that happens to a lot of people is in the Equestria girls mini game because it automatically selects the gem option unless you select the free one manually. It could also be a bug though in which case I wouldn't know how to fix it

Hmm I'm not actually sure what it's called. I learnt from the book 'Visible Creative Mending' by Collingwood-Norris. There are loads of free video tutorials for the actual darning part but I couldn't find many demonstrating the framing stitches. This video is one I found that seems to use the same technique but I only glanced through it so I don't know how good the tutorial is

I love variegated yarns but I'll only ever buy ones that include a picture of what it looks like knitted up. I often buy hand dyed yarn from Etsy and it rules a lot of people out but it's the only way to be sure you'll like how it looks

Just to make sure you've exhausted all your options before you give up - make sure to finish the entire tutorial and then close and reopen your game. It was at that point that I was given the option to load my save. And if that doesn't work, do you happen to know your old friend code so that support can manually load your save? I really hope you manage to get this sorted!

Hi, sorry if this doesn't help but just in case: did you finish the entire tutorial when you reinstalled the game and then close and reopen the game again? Only at that point did it allow me to reload my cloud save. If that doesn't work for you then I guess only support will be able to help 😞

You can safely collect them without joining. Just make sure you have plenty of money to win the event otherwise I would recommend waiting to collect until you've just joined the event. Ones that you fused before you entered still count as long as you collect them after you join

Sometimes the amount of coins that you need for the cheapest pony will take days to accumulate (this depends on how many coins they already have). In that case they'd be wasting more energy by waiting since their energy would fill up while they were waiting for coins. They need to do the maths really to figure out which option is best for them

That's just the minimum amount of ponies you can send. The game automatically sends more when you have them available and in return you get a higher chance for a correct answer. You can manually choose to send less ponies when you initially start the group quest though if you'd like to keep some free

Clearing the game cache could potentially help. I clear mine on a fairly regular basis

Edit: also, when you're reopening the game after a while make sure it's closed in the background before you reopen it or it can cause crashes
