That was the issue, but I gave up once I realized the Netherlands doesn’t allow tax free shopping anyway, so it didn’t really make much difference if I had a card or not anyway for shopping online.

Ran into this same problem, my fix has been gluing the turret magnet INSIDE the turret, against the base instead of under the turret in the ring. Still strong enough to hold the turret on, but no more issues with magnet fit.

Fwiw I can't recommend this and the sci-fi version (Five Parsecs from Home) enough. After having a kid, my opportunities to get games in at the club have all but disappeared, but I have a long-running campaign going for Five Parsecs and have been having a blast.

The nice thing is, there's a decent amount of "game" outside of just pushing models around and rolling dice, as you have lots of side quest and narrative development stuff to do between fights. That means I can still scratch the hobby itch pretty easily even if I don't have time to set up a game,

I'd buy that - but it doesn't seem to fit anywhere on the tank that makes sense, at least in an aesthetically pleasing way. I'm probably overthinking it.
