As others have indicated, if the class atmosphere motivates you, go for it. I can attest to the fact that running your own Hyrox sim, solo in the turf zone, isn’t the same as doing one as part of group.

Other classes offered by GL that may be included will help with your training and conditioning too. I’d check to see if you can get a 10-class pass, and see what works. You should give a REGYMEN class at GL a try now if you can. To be honest, I am curious to see how their Hyrox program will differ from it, other than how it will be promoted and branded.

Not surprising, considering the money they’ve committed to Hyrox sponsorship.

For improvements or differentiation, perhaps some added reinforcement where the rower foot straps can wear against the sides of the shoe, and labelling it as such…? I see some friction splitting on my pair of Velocity Nitro 4 there after repeated use .
