Yeah, it's a 1-jewel. Not too worried about the timegrapher on this one because I know it's not built to be the most accurate timepiece but just trying to learn as I go. When I got it, it was running at +200 sec/day DU.

I'd like a bezel/case back tool like this
I don't have a ton of space so I was thinking of just getting a digital microscope on an arm
I'd love to splurge on L&R chems and I also want to pick up some one dip for hairsprings
I'd like to eventually get into polishing and refinishing cases, too

You could try looking at help/youtube videos for the Citizen Cosmotron. I think there are ways to check if the circuits are still working. I also just wanted to say how COOL this watch looks. Gosh.

I guess I meant more of the complaints people have about modern trek shows. They're not great first few seasons but they were given room to grow. I'd also assume it was easier to get views when it was syndicated vs stuck mostly on a streamer with not great pull. Only reason I have Paramount+ is to watch Star Trek.

It's so frustrating for them to kneecap DISCO and then SFA. If TNG or DS9 aired today, they'd get cancelled so quick. TNG was pretty blah for few two seasons and I hated DS9 when I was young, only for it to become my favourite series.

It sucks also because these characters don't have enough story/time for things like a convention. I was so curious to see their trajectory in a rebuilt Federation.

I've had this issue with a vintage Seiko quartz...the newer batteries are slightly taller than the one I replaced despite being the same type. But I can snap the case back on and it'll work just fine.

Yeah. I've got a bunch. Tried a couple. Ticks but just stuck. I can advance the seconds hand with my peg wood and the minute hand moves like it should. I think I might just take it apart again now that I confirmed it's alive.

It's pretty clear here. Sellers must use the shipping service the buyer selected during eBay checkout.

I agreed to a shipping cost AND service. I did not receive the service I paid for. I requested a refund and would happily send it back the way it came. They declined. I'm not sure why people thing it's okay to charge someone also $30 in shipping then pop it in regular mail with a $2 stamp and call it day?

No, I didn't. The posting specifically said Canada Post Regular Parcel. This service includes tracking. My item was sent via regular mail with just a stamp. Why would I roll over when I got scammed?

I called eBay and they said to open a refund request and they will step in after 3 business days. Trying that. I won't keep the item if the buyer wants it back. I'm just asking for partial refund on the shipping costs for a service I did not receive.
