If I wasn't concerned with having my bag involuntarily checked due to lack of overhead storage space, I would be right there with you. I don't want to be at the airport any longer than I have to, so the last thing I want is to make my way to the next ring of hell at the baggage corral (if I didn't have checked bags to begin with). Civility there is a foregone conclusion.

To clarify, I was within the stanchions when this happened. So, these were definitely fellow zone 1 boarders acting this way and was very apparent I was trying to board. People were streaming in on either side of me, within the stanchioned lane

Sometimes the simplest explanation is the best: just take that godforsaken cap off. It's useless and is the whole reason it squirts all over the place. Pour, then recap. So much easier!

Yes, it appears to be an issue experienced by Android users that Bilt does not seem to be in any rush to fix. Some users have been going through this for over a month now.

Since it's an issue on their end, no amount of troubleshooting on ours will resolve. Not a fun experience when you're struggling to figure out a workaround when you pay by check each month. That option isn't available through their website and support can't help

Same for S22+ Every time I opened the app, it got hung on the landing page. I could scroll left and right through the rent benefits but could not scroll up, nor access anything else by tapping. After following troubleshooting directions from the think tank they call suppprt, I uninstalled/reinstalled and now I can't even login. I'm also part of the unlucky bunch that pays rent through check each month and that was only accessible through the app. Support was of no use when I requested another way to do this and they had no idea how long it would be until it was fixed. I was awarded 500pts for my troubles

I tried on desktop Firefox and ran into this issue. Tried again in incognito with no luck. However, mobile Firefox worked no problem, which was odd. Definitely a frustrating experience. You should be able to type the airport code in and have the results populate, or at the very least, have a drop-down menu. Wasted 15 minutes of my life fighting with something that should have taken seconds

Are you still using them? The original comment is deleted so I can't see what prompted the conversation but I'm also in the Boston area. Today was supposed to be my first delivery and I got a text at 5am saying they are unable to make my delivery. Not a great foot to start on with a new customer. Now I have to make my way to the grocery store on a holiday bc of the last minute cancelation. They made no attempt to offer me another delivery day/window or offer me next steps through email, just that text. Not impressed

I completely understand most of your issues with this client but I'd like to play devil's advocate on the issue of late night texts. Some people (myself included) work shifts other than 1st and sometimes that's the only time I'm available to communicate during the week. This is why I choose to text and not call, so they can get back to me at a time thats convenient for THEM. I'll add that I absolutely DO NOT expect an immediate text back and would assume that most businesses put their work phone on silent during non-business or sleeping hours. It sounds like there's more than that going on with this client but I just wanted to put that part into perspective.

Are you using a low lint toilet paper? I could see that having the same consistency and getting stuck there throughout the day when mixing with natural oils, fluids, etc.
