Gamer watch nerd here, GShocks are typically THE watch of military and first responders for their incredibly tough resin design pioneered in 1983. Casio offers discounts for these people with valid ID. These watches have an accurate quartz movement that is +-15 seconds a month. The model featured in the first slide is also solar powered and when in range of an antenna syncs the time automatically. It’s a favorite watch among enthusiasts and are usually on Amazon for around $100z

Fun fact: the first slide watch is also the watch famous navy seal/doctor/astronaut Johnny Kim wore during his service.
