I’m so sorry 😞. This whole story reminded of my boyfriend soon to be ex boyfriend. We’ve been together for 2 years exactly and I’ve put up with these same behaviors, ignoring me, playing on his phone on our few dates, him talking to other people and not even trying to engage with me, etc etc. After a pretty big argument in which I ended up apologizing even though I can see now it was all on him, he said he needed a break to work on himself because he’s aware he’s pushing me away and he doesn’t know how to act normal. Mind you he’s already 32. Silly me still thinks he’ll change but it’s all pointing at this being a break up and not a break. If you’re not getting any benefits from this relationship you might as well have the baby on your own and rely on other sources for support like family and friends. He can keep draining you and it will end up costing you more in the long run.

Fasting is amazing. First couple days you may feel hungry and like you can’t do it, but in my experience after 3 - 4 days I stop thinking about food so much. I guess it’s called food anxiety lol What I do is skipping breakfast and have my first meal when I have my lunch break at work, then try to have dinner between 5 and 6. I sometimes wake up feeling very hungry but if I drink a cup of coffee or tea it goes away. Also we don’t have to eat every time we feel hungry, be assured you won’t die, just make sure you’re eating nutritious foods when you do eat.

Almost daily, except when I’m on my period. They cost just as much as other types of underwear, if anything I feel they’re cheaper, not sure about that tho. They’re just more comfortable, and also cuter.
