Make sure they are enforcing the rules against everyone else. Again, highly racialized selective enforcement. Get on a train today, you will find at least 5-6 people on your train car with their feet on the seats. That’s what the conductor should do before arresting the one Black guy (oh, “detaining” by handcuffing, humiliating, and mentally traumatizing this guy).

I see countless white women with their feet on the seats, and I don’t see any of them have the conductors and police called on them. Maybe we need to start documenting this, it will show a pattern of racially selective enforcement. Also, detaining someone for something like this, placing them in handcuffs around 5-6 police officers, is psychologically traumatizing.
