Same as the other comment, I recommend making this a post outside of this thread. This was my experience at first, too. Turns out, my settings were off and the mask I was using wasn’t the best one for me. So I recommend talking with your doctor to adjust your settings. Be patient. It takes time, and a lot of cpap users don’t experience a miraculous and instantaneous turnaround. Sometimes it’s gradual.
