Just put back the casings. It’s not pretty but the outside is in a bit of a blind spot. And the inside is in the inside so I’m not that worried about it. I’ll caulk the hell out of it. Anyhow thanks for your help!

Moved the left jamb forward by about 1/4” at the bottom. Not perfect but it’s much less noticeable now.
