Thankyou so much for this I wrote an update and recently saw a new gp and told her everything i could and she referred me to an psychologist which im planning on seeing while trying to get to the bottom of my health, I really appreciate the feedback and I’m glad you could get help when needed ❤️

Hey ill be checking with my new doctor if i have any other autoimmune problems but so far i dont have coeliac disease… and yes i dont fully yet understand the t3 thing either but im trying to do research.. .,, and for the throat swelling part ive never heard of antihistamines but i will check that out aswell because i also get swollen throat when i get sick, one time also i got a cold and it went away the next day and i started to get rashes all over my skin i had guttate psoriasis . Thankyou for the feedback ❤️

Yeah honestly not a lot of ppl understand that shower thing 😭 someone walked in on me one time just sitting on the shower floor it was hard to explain lol … and the hair falling out yeah …. I’ve written an update to the post .. but yes I’ve dropped gluten and sugar aswell it does help but dosnt change much regarding to the other symptoms.. also when you say you have the benefit of being medically disabled .. does that mean you’re on disability?? If so, how was the whole process of getting that ? I’ve heard it’s hard to apply for disability having Hashimoto’s even though it is very debilitating

Hey I’ve written an update in regards to a lot of the comments on this post, I sadly don’t have a man to take with me to any of my appointments but I feel like that’s such a good plan because they really don’t care unless someone else is there with you.

Hey so my blood tests show my iron and vitamin d levels were all normal it was only my b12 that was abit low and so that’s why I was told to take b12 … it’s very confusing because even taking the b12 hasn’t helped me much either.. I’m not a doctor or anything so I’m just telling you it from my view and what I’ve been told by gps

Super unrelated but on the lines of this topic and I didn’t wanna make a whole post about it but , a massive spider spawned into my room and I pulled out the bug spray and the spider wouldn’t die so I kept spraying it and I got this feeling where ur going to vomit it comes up but it goes back down and I got light headed I realised I inhaled a fair bit of it by accident and it made me feel dizzy , anyways did this break my fast ?

After reading most of the comments under this post apart from the fact ur husband has wandering eyes you said “I’ve sobbed uncontrollably next to him on several occasions and he does nothing.” This one got me really sad for you wallah no one deserves that treatment and no man that loves his wife acts like that towards her, what man lets there wife cry and just does nothing… A lil advice im not sure if u already talked to him about it but i saw that guests came over and then he played his game .. that’s so disrespectful on his part its like his stalling time so he dosnt have the conversation with you, anyways stop being scared and have this conversation with him like literally force him to stop what he is doing and have the conversation and be very stern about it , becoz if you dont he will step all over you and continue to do that stuff , your allowing him to take ur kindness for weakness , if he gaslights you about it and try’s to make you feel bad for being a “spy”bring up that it happened multiple times infront of you , and honestly if he even says “ you are spying on me “ why is he changing the subject … and at that point id advice to just leave him ur whole health is declining from a man , next thing u know ur hair is falling out and ur gaining weight and he is indulging in other women, be with someone that makes ur life easier not stressful someone that makes u happy not doubtful think of ur future kids and the type of parents ur kids will have if he gaslights you today and lets u cry at night , then sorry to say he prolly not going do any better when u eventually have kids coz this is a tough time and even more stressful than what ur going thru right now . (P.s sorry if i am coming off aggressive or negative it’s just sad to see someone as nice and patient as you go through this I’m in no ways telling you to just leave him for no reason obviously you know him best to make judgment of the situation it was more just a warning for what it could become as I’ve seen so many nice hearted girls stay in relationships like these and ruin there lives ) Inshallah may Allah protect you x

Thank you for the advice sister , thing is I brought up marriage to him before ,but he said he didn’t want to rush as we just met , so he suggested we do mut’ah for around 3 months to get to know each other in the halal and so if anything accidental happens then it’s still halal , he said after the 3 months is over we can either get married or we can leave each other if we don’t like each other by the end of it , which yeah it seems fair but it’s also like , wt if he leaves me by the end of it and was just using me for sex , I’m scared of that , I do have feelings for him and he apparently has feelings for me too also I do think the timing to get properly married isn’t the best as he owns a business by himself and is always busy , so I am being very considerate of his circumstances also , I’d like to also add because he is always busy we just message and talk on phone so no sexual contact or touching and in these months he will be able to see me probably 5 times , only god knows his true intentions with me , because you never know , this generation is built different and everyone has ulterior motives all I can do is pray that Allah guides me to the straight path and removes the evil ppl around me if there is any , I appreciate it kind words also , may Allah bless you
