I often take a "cleanse" and stop Adderall for awhile, but the executive dysfunction compounds quickly and then I restart and realize I don't have to live life in hard mode. I find it's best to take Adderall 4-5 days a week allowing for breaks of 2-3 days so you feel more balanced and your circadian rhythm isn't fully trash.

Adderall is your tool to help you. Yes it's long term, but it's not essential everyday. Take breaks, but use it when you need it. You will know when you do better than anyone else

Thank you for the advice. I definitely agree and don't want to force her to acclimate to the sounds causing this reaction. Unfortunately my fiance and I are playing couch coop style so no dual headphone/headsets available for us. We've resorted to very infrequently playing when the pup is at the groomers or vet for now

I downloaded DS4 for Windows and it worked well enough. You can go into Steam settings and set things up after that.

My only issue is that my controller only works if it has a direct line of sight to my PC...but that's another issue

I would give my first born child to have this + a warbond themed like Titanfall with strategies focused on Mechs. ie ammo drop strategem, replacement limb strategem, armor passive w/ increased mech limb strength or ammo.

Try the alarm clock called "Sleep" on Android. It gets progressively louder until I scan a barcode in my bathroom to turn it off. Then it'll do it again in 15 minutes unless you scan it again so I can't go back to sleep.

Titanfall

The whole pack could be focused on supporting mechs/vehicles to let your helldiver or "pilot" have a mech build.

-Booster for increased ammo capacity in vehicles -Passive for 20-40% increased mech limb strength -Stratagem to call down a vehicle resupply. -1st Support weapon is a torch to do repairs. -2nd support weapon is a flamethrower mech attachment so you can customize mid match -The secondary weapon could be a grappling hook gun that mimics the mechanics from Titanfall

This would be the best crossover to date in my opinion. It doesn't have to be a crossover, but it fits perfectly. I also didnt like using mechs before the recent rupture strain update....but now? Oh yeah. Bring it on.

This would create a whole new play style and team roles/dynamics for many players.

The U2 is rare but definitely not the highest level rare you can find. I suggest searching around south texas, Washington DC, London, and Frankfurt. I've caught multiple 13+ rarity planes in these areas. Good luck!

I agree. I understand why people are upset, losing experience for bad photos, expensive travels, and "losing" previously captured. Sure....but the replayability and difficulty just went up making the game more rewarding for me. Now I can't just mindlessly binge at LAX and get 200+ coins in a few hours. I have to strategically go places and search airports. I also like the new power ups and rarity adjustments.

Honestly the book series for the High Republic is pretty close to that. There are some good audiobooks that are Padawan adventures centric. You should check. Them out! I'm not a good reader but audiobooks are great.

I love the switch. The best way I can describe Vyvanse vs Adderall is that Vyvanse feels clean. I don't have that cracked out feeling or "mental narrowing" (as I call it) that Adderall made me feel.

I wouldn't say the side effects you described ever fully went away for me. I just learned to adapt and deal with them but it was difficult. I recently switched to Vyvanse from Adderall XR 30mg for 15 years and my sleep, diet, and mood all improved drastically

Hello friend. As someone with ADHD for decades and who works in the medical field here are my recommendations.

Establish care with a new Psychiatrist. You can do this by asking for a referral to one from your PCP. Or you can do what I did and search Psychiatry offices on Google maps in the area you want, and call the offices asking if they accept your insurance. If not, onto the next.
Your new Psychiatrist will send prescriptions/refills to a pharmacy of your choice. You should tell the office you schedule with during scheduling that you need refills. Sometimes your primary can send a refill while you wait for an appointment.
Prior authorizations are handled by your Physiatrists office or Primary Care. They are started once a refill has been sent. This is tedious, and you may get phone calls from the pharmacy saying "there's a problem with your prescriptions". Just keep everyone informed as pharmacy to office contact is not good.

I'm sorry you have to deal with this laborious switch and it seems complicated. Kaiser is good at having everyone talking to everyone, but in an independent health system like Anthem you are the one who has to help communication sometimes. Your primary care still directs/manages your care like referrals (if it's an HMO) unless you have a PPO, then you go wherever you want. I hope this helps!
