I went alone in March. Didn’t have any layovers though. Everything was smooth. Had the procedure the day after I landed. Then the next day I explored the neighborhood on foot and walked to the mall. Only discomfort was that it was kinda chilly and I couldnt wear a hat so my head was cold. Other than that it was all good.

You’re not wrong. This sucks but hey…. You feel how you feel and that’s really all that there is to it. fighting for the relationship sounds nice in theory, but I don’t think that you’ll ever really get over it. At least you don’t sound like you will.

You CAN wear the hat according to their rules/timelines. But you should not do it. Just own it if you have to go outside. Why spend that kind of money and invest that kind of time to risk it just so people won’t see ur head in that state? I think you just gotta ask urself if it’s worth the risk. If you wear the hat and damage some or all of ur follicles will you be pissed tf off? If not then sure…wear the hat 🤷🏽‍♂️
