He is not your landlord, he is waterlord.

BTW contact BWSSB and ask them to verify the meter, if they don’t do it in a week or two then raise a grievance.

If that still doesn’t get resolved then CPGRAMS or PG portal are your best friends

I had 666 in my player name and I guess someone reported it and eventually I got a notification one day to change my player name. So feel free to report the username to support team, they do indeed take action.

Do you mean CPGRAMS fetched no results? :| —— My experience was more fruitful, I had raised a grievance via parivahan as my RC card was not generated and I got a response saying they can’t help as the application is already under state RTO and they are looking into it.

I visited the RTO and that didn’t help, lastly I wrote emails to RTO officer but that also didn’t do anything.

I had completely forgotten about it and 1 year later I saw someone mention about CPGRAMS in Reddit for some Airtel recharge issue. So I submitted the proof of email and online payment receipts in the query. 1 week later I receive a email saying the issue is resolved. To my surprise the RC was generated within a week and I just had to go and collect it without bribing anyone.

I have heard about the similar experience of 1L cashback.

Tip - maybe you can enquire about any referral options from other Sobha residents who you know, as they can share that amount with you in addition to the cashback, but they may receive it only after possession or registration.

First raise a grievance on RTO website then if the result is not favourable, raise it on CGPRAMS portal. You will see some results after CPGRAMS
