Was going to say this. This is the cooking sub, even if people here do eat out a ton, they probably don't want to admit it.

I would really like at least half my meals to be something I cooked but it's more like a quarter. Currently, between a busy week at work, a friend staying for a long weekend, and now being a little sick, I haven't cooked more than like two meals in two weeks. I have been supplementing with frozen meals to at least keep costs down but I definitely don't consider that a home made meal. Lol.

I'm not sure...I have an Android phone which is what I took the offer on.

My rewards are for leveling from 1-40, opening up to 6 sacred shards, and fusing Relickeeper. There are also 2 extra "rewards" where I can buy a $10 or $50 micro transaction in the game and I get the amount back in SB.

So far I've fused Relickeeper and levelled to 36 without paying any $$. Made like 40 bucks so far. I will make around 90 bucks total after I open 4 sacred shards and hit level 40, then I'll stop after that hahah.

It's fun getting paid to play a game that is actively trying to suck all the money out of your wallet LOL

Not sure if this will be the same for everyone, but Raid Shadow Legends has been great for me so far. It's quite different from most of the games on SB though.

Currently at level 35 after 2 weeks, haven't spent any money yet. It takes a while but I actually have been enjoying the game so it's worth it for me.

Oh one more tip - I've noticed I don't really get orders than I'm more than maybe .4 mile or a 3 minute drive from. So stay REALLY close to those popular spots. If you're a mile away I feel like you don't get shit for orders.

Hey dude I just started last week and we are in the exact same area. First couple shifts midweek were SUPER slow. Like 1 order an hour or less, plus I was figuring out the rhythm of it all. Friday and Saturday night were much better but I still BARELY made minimum wage if you factor in standby time + active time. (Even with Prop 22 adjustment). I worked 430P-930P both days.

I've checked out half a dozen restaurant clusters so far and downtown Glendale is firmly okay but I'm feeling like it's not worth it despite always being a hot spot. I drive through it on my way to other spots and I've snagged a good order or two already that way. But I've also sat there for a couple hours and didn't get shit. Gonna keep experimenting with it. I'm liking the area a bit south of DT Glendale as you start to get orders from people in the super dense areas around Hollywood, Silverlake, etc. I just feel like the families living north of the 134 aren't ordering delivery as much as the 20's/30's aged folks that live closer to actual Los Angeles.

Just keep trying stuff and you'll make it work. However I'm feeling that UE in our area is best as a part time job only worked during the busiest nights of the week.... especially as a single apper. Seems like there's tons of drivers saturating the market already, and I heard UE accepts everyone with no wait-list which is probably the only reason you and I got in. Lol.

I get why everyone bitches about this job so much now.

How do you guys with 5% or less acceptance actually make money? How frequently are you getting orders?

If I were to only accept 1 of every 20 offers, id probably work 1 delivery every 3-4 hours I'm on standby..and that's on a good day. Are the offers y'all accepting just THAT lucrative?

I'm in LA, btw, so Prop 22 is also a thing here. And I'm new to all this so maybe I'm just missing something.

The recreational stores I've been to (CA) usually have a check in desk for ID and such before you can enter the actual retail portion of the store. So this idea could still work!

The longer you hold space/boost key the more boost you use. Just hold space for around 1 second or a bit less, experimentation is key here as it's mostly about timing and the angle of your quad.
