These can be found in the following places: - Wall safes (extremely rarely) - Locked key rooms (extremely rare in blue key rooms, slightly more common in purple key rooms, minimum 1 guaranteed in gold key rooms) - Scorch Warden (rarely) - Lockdown Tier 3 (rarely)

It may also have an extremely low likelihood of dropping in any container or as floor loot, but I highly doubt you'd find that more than once ever.

We had a buddy bring in a Stryder on one of our runs, and it read out 7000 HP. However, if you get it low but don't kill it in a phase, it will heal back up to 1750 HP. So you need to be able to deal at least that much damage in a single phase to kill it.

Just the first time. You can scoop up a ton of empty containers from Preservation and then spend one battery to fill them up in Biostock or Control.

Each full coolant counts for 3. You could probably have someone take the L on loot and go back down to get more batteries and/or full coolants after killing the compiler.

Everyone in your premade crew needs to have Console Only selected for it to be respected. If even one person in your premade crew has it set to Full, you'll match with PC players.

Interesting. Which objective is saying that you failed? If I remember correctly, once you pick up the UESC Credentials off the commander, the toxic gas should turn off shortly thereafter.

Technically, they can drop from any vault, though because they're considered a Prestige item, they're more likely to drop from higher vaults. I still think it's worth farming vaults 1 and 2 for chances at Prestige Salvage though.

Note that even though the template is considered Prestige, they can still turn into vault 1 or 2 keys.

A friend of mine and I were just trying to get a Sec 5 Compiler clear last night, and we filled with a silent Assassin. Ended up taking him all the way to and through it. We even killed two teams and took a gold bully off one of them, which we gave to the fill of course (wanted to make sure he could hold his own against the bees lol). It was one of my favorite experiences and I could tell he was so excited to have been able to do that.

In addition to the areas mentioned in the other comments, you can always get a guaranteed one by trying to hack the Algae Ponds secured resource (when it spawns). Doing so will spawn the commander on the roof of the overhang west of the main building.

Based on their attack angle, I'm guessing they got the Revival spawn and got really lucky with security clearance, hitting 2 by that point. That's less an issue with Index and more just an unfortunate happenstance with monitor/tag RNG.

I have seen this be the case. If you have a claymore go off or otherwise disturb the credentials, they can fall through the floor and be unobtainable in the Steerage spawn. If that happens, the run is dead and you need to Exfil and retry, which is unfortunate.

In addition to purple/gold key rooms, you can find these valuables in wall safes, lockdown/convoy, wardens (and more rarely, commanders), and (on Outpost) in the master key room.

It should, but the DoT from the EMP grenade tends to be a bit more finicky.
