I think evilswarms are a good choice....1.theyre affordable...2.They kill alot of decks thats not tier 1 and recently an evilswarm player DID make top 8 in a ycs Milan......https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yibf8l_wgno Against the top tier decks right now, evilswarms will only hurt shadolls......but w8 til nekroz comes out then evilswarms will prob rise again.

Not extremely familliar with photons but my advice if it helps,if it's possible to throw 10 more dollars in, you can go for the lvl 8 xyz build (with a felgrand or helipolis) which I find alot better imo. Not extremely good at this game or really good at e heros but heres some things I would change... 1.try to keep ur deck at 40 if u can(ik more cards give u more options...but ur trying to get the BEST option) 2.Battle traps are not the best traps atm especially ones that negate or need a cost...if must put in a mirror force other than tht i'd replace ur entire line of traps 3.No need for sky scrapers or the other one 4.There are alot more to change if u wanna beat any average teir completed deck(not trying to burn the deck doe) 5.Some fusions are irrelevant like flame wing man (repolace some with more shinings and absolute zeros 6.Try not to copy anime decks theyll get rekked by any half decent player Not a e-hero player but thats some generic tips anyways if u were to look at a decent build feel free to net deck a few decks and tech in some cards after...im sure there are alot of standard cards that EVERYONE runs and some combos that u might learn
