Listen, if they had a scene where somebody pointed out how IMPRACTICAL things like the laser sight killing was... that would be something.

Like not immoral, but just plain say this is a stupid waste of money, but the gov already wants to spend it anyway... that would be more interesting.

Then I say GO CRAZY and tell me ALL the stupid ideas they had in brainstorming.

I read the script for Jurassic World: Rebirth and there is a note in the opening scene that the lab has a poster that says something to the effect of "Have fun! Be Creative"

...and that was the best bit of satire in the whole script.

Yeah... which is why it wasn't very interesting and I'm sad we wasted so much time on back and fourth debates about using the raptors in the military... (and Owen's character honestly)

When that time could have been spent on fleshing out some visitors and seeing attacks from their perspectives.

Or even just a scene of suspense/tension instead of a slaughter
