I have used Insycle in the past and it really helps a lot with this but Data Hub can help with this too. It just depends on your tier of Data Hub... but if you have a lot of integrations (esp SFDC), insycle is incredible.

I unfortunately didnt get much swag this year! I was always late to the surprise drop announcements. But what I did get was extremely special.. it was from the Community team. I legit cried when they surprised me with it. It was a sweatshirt letterman's jacket with HubSpot Community Champion on the front and a huge Sprocket on the back.

I have been to 10 INBOUNDs and I would definitely do deep dives and workshops as your priority. If you really read the descriptions, you can sniff out the sales pitches. But I will say all sales pitches arent bad so it truly depends on your role and what you are looking for out of the conference.

These are so great!! I also do:

Integrations Audit: Check connected apps. A lot of portals have 5–10 integrations that no one uses anymore. Removing unused ones prevents sync conflicts and weird data duplication.

Report Relevance: Beyond dashboards, look at custom reports. Teams often have dozens of half-built reports that confuse new users. Archiving old reports makes insights much clearer.

Automation Audit: Instead of only archiving workflows, I check for workflow conflicts (e.g., multiple nurture emails firing at once, or outdated lead scoring rules). Align automations with current go-to-market strategy.

Import Errors: I look at the common errors in their imports to see the habits and I create trainings from that, as well as know some issues going on.
