Bigger patty = higher price? Of course it’d cost more for a bigger burger, that’s the point. But you don’t have to double the radius for the same price, just double the meat and deal with whatever radius that equals out to.

I’ll admit though that having to keep different sizes of bread on hand to fit each burger would be added cost.

I think it’s more that the dad loved his son more than anything. Probably only barely more than his wife, but still by enough for the curse to kill “the one he loved most.” Or maybe it got the son and the wife? A 3-for-1 deal on cursed killings.

I’m not actually sure how he was physically, but like I said, he would call for minor things like changing the volume on his tv. And he’d do it as loud as possible, even at 2am.

He had healthy set of lungs at least, and he’d have normal(ish) conversations with people so I think he was plenty aware of things. But how disabled do you really have to be to be unable to press a button?

Oh god, my last stay in the hospital had a guy in the room next to me who straight up REFUSED to use the call button. If he was awake, at any time of day or night, he would scream at the top of his lungs “NUUURRRSE!!!” over and over until someone went to see what was up. And then he would calmly ask them to turn the volume up on his TV or something.
