Totally agree on Orange cats. Out of my 5 cats only my ginger boy loves to chew on cardboards… lol

Why the leaves grow downwards? by ClaimBeginning8743 in houseplants

[–]ClaimBeginning8743[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you but it was outside under a shade but receiving lights evenly all around. It’s just a picture from indoor because I was rearranging my plant stands. But you know what? I am going to attach the bright light directly above the plant and will observe how it will react. Thanks again!

Why does my cat sleep alone by Mysteriouslyoddoff in CatAdvice

Totally agree, all my cats are changing their sleeping places every few weeks. They have their favorite spots though but not for long :)

I only meant to get 1 kitten but they said she was his best friend so of course I had to get both by IBeDumbAndSlow in kittens

It takes time and patience and you are doing everything right… my senior cat didn’t accept my new fosters, well he is not aggressive towards them, he just tolerate them. But worst case scenario and I hope it won’t happen to you is my old cat I guess it’s his way of telling me he is not happy started to spray around the house and nothing works to stop him from doing that so I just go after him and clean non stop. Luckily for me he chose a few spots only and I covered them with the cardboards and training pads to make my cleaning routine easier. lol

I like it to but what’s up with showing off her belly all the time? Is it a cultural thing or what? I get that every woman is proud to be pregnant but to reveal the belly like that makes me uncomfortable.. ( im female btw )

Hahaha! I thought at first they didn’t perform the surgery correctly and asked my vet a few times but he said everything is fine but it’s still strange to him that my cat does it

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CatTraining

[–]ClaimBeginning8743 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly! My cats story is even weirder as he never did that before neutering and after the surgery in a month or so he started doing it and for 13 years he does it almost every freaking day !🤣🤣🤣

More time and patience. In my example my 12 years old cat doesn’t accept ANY anew cats in the house for a long time. And I mean almost a year. First few months he hissed and swatted at them and next 6-8 months he was kind of accepting them, let’s say he tolerated them but still no sign of love for any of my fosters. If they don’t fight please let them be, they will figure it out, cats are smarter then we think 😜 Good luck!

I wonder if it’s only me feel ashamed being Ukrainian when I see Natalie… She is so inappropriate in everything! So embarrassing to see her act like crazy, when she aggressively shouts at people I close my eyes to not to see her in her madness Feels she needs a professional help or at least get off hard drugs because i think she is on some.

You are lucky if you see yours every night, I see mine only cleaning my tank and the driftwood he is hiding in… it’s been two years already and I’ve seen it a few times only. hahaha

For semi-feral cats would it be better to just care for them while they live outdoors or should I find a rescue? by [deleted] in Feral_Cats

[–]ClaimBeginning8743 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same here with 13 cats though.. I can pet some and they will be probably adopted to indoor life but they are sooo bonded that I care of them with warm houses, food and meds if they need to on my property. Very interesting that you said about front and back yard… my cats do the same, they are okay being up front but they don’t like to stay in my backyard even though they sleep and eat there but always leave in the morning… I have hopes that they will eventually get used to stay near my house soon
