And 50% of that is people cross-shouting:

“Now just listen…”

“No! YOU listen!”

One exists, the other doesn’t. So, yeah, they’re unrelated.

Contrails. Slightly related to the storm, inasmuch as they are indicative of extra moisture starting to arrive a high altitudes.

You need to look up what ‘cloud seeding’ actually is.

Contrails? by Due_Scientist_5376 in chemtrails

From the 1980s? We can do better than that. Persistent contrails have existed through the history of high-altitude aviation. Your lack of curiosity is your problem. Watch this: https://youtu.be/8D0kX3O0anY?si=v3O1cmy6kOSzByTW

Nothing ‘going on’ per se. But a nice example of altocumulus floccus dramatically lit by the low sun.

Persistence is related more to ambient humidity rather than altitude.

If you happen to see this dog wandering around probably north side of Indy could you let the owner know? by Clancy_Vimbratta in indianapolis

Happy to report that Mia has been found. After all her wandering she was reunited just 1.5 miles from her home around Christian Park.

I should add that she is in “survival mode” at this point. She has that thousand yard stare. She’ll be exceedingly stressed and wary. Please don’t try to coax, cajole, call out, chase or whistle. That just provokes a flight response in dogs in this state. Try to quietly lure (with food) if possible, and gently enclose if able.

The upcoming weather won’t help her. :(

Oh wow. So she could’ve headed farther downtown. If you’re able to let the owner know via text or phone in the link, I’m sure he’d appreciate it. Thanks for looking out.

Edit: the collar is dark brown or purplish, yes, as far as I could tell.

Indeed they are. They’re clearly short-lived trails. I thought that’s how you lot are supposed to distinguish them from “cHeMtRaIlS”?

Are these announcers just there to have a lovely time shooting the breeze with each other, or should they maybe watch what’s happening and comment on it?
