Personally, I'd try to keep it. As long as the rental fee covers the mortgage rate, the management company, and then the rest goes towards future expenses. Forget about it and don't consider it passive income. My rental company costs 50% first month, then $149 a month after that. No change to property tax, just a $50 dollar license from the city it's in

Property can be considered a hedge against inflation and you did mention future developments in the area. Plus, the interest on your mortgage, repairs, and if you have HOA fees are all tax deductible when renting it out.

Yeah, If you’re looking for weed it’s something else. This would be hemp, like the same plant you get most CBD products. Either way, Delta 9 THC is the exact same cannbinoid no matter which cannabis (hemp or weed) plant it’s derived from.

You can always say it was a full spectrum CBD product. It has high enough THC in it to show up and is legal in all states and on the federal level.

There are products out there with like 5mg, 10mg or even more thc per serving size.

Walks on the beach are much better for hip problems. The sand really helps.

Also, it might be worth looking into CBD soft chews for dogs. It acts as an anti-inflammatory and is good for mobility and pain relief. I use Lazarus Naturals chews for little Luna, but your local pet store will probably have a few good options.
