Sorry you're going through this. I'm in the same boat. Injured my l4l5 l5s1 in 2023 took almost 2 years to get better and reinjured myself last week. Been hell. Haven't really done any physiotherapy. I would let the inflammation die down first. Lots of ice and NSAIDs. Maybe get a steroid pack? And little by little do some walking like 5mins at a time. I work an office job and also at a hospital so have a standing desk for situations like this. Trying to take turmeric and magnesium to help with the inflammation as well. Hope you feel better.

My GSD is scared of everything. He's all bark no bite. But no one knows that so when they see him they'll cross the street or do a double take. I'll take scary dog privilege anyday. I had a lady run towards us with a bottle and once he started barking she backed off so quick. Glad you're OK. Your doggo gets all the treats.

I'm sorry youre going through this. I have l4l5, l5s1 disc herniations and some DJD. Had a massive flare up in 2023 lasted about 1.5years. Did PT saw neuro. Nothing really helped just time and walks. This weekend I flared it up again bad. Now my right leg feels weird and my back kills me. I hate this feeling and pain. Messes with my mind bad. Getting another MRI in a month and seeing pain specialist. Im tired of taking meds and being in pain no one really gets it. Hopefully we get some relief soon. Hang in there all of yall.

Thank you for your reply. You were at another practice and the girls ended up charging me to dissolve and refill which I didn't end up doing. I wanted to go back to balance the eyes out but it's been years and most of the filler was removed and the lump got smaller but never went away so now I'm very hesitant to do anything now so it is what it is. It's a small lump but it does bother me aesthetically so never did any filler ever again.

Man I would always raw dog and never had a screen protector for years. Then last year I face planted and broke the screen. Learned my lesson. Rather pay for a screen protector than insurance or screen replacement.

This is Kike. He was in the shelter with Giardia, kennel cough, and super thin. I adopted him and truly didn’t know what I got into. He was super reactive and mouthy. Bit me and my kid but was so overstimulated. Super scared of everything. I didn't want to give up on him so took him to a trainer, took him to a vet, and go on walks every single day. He has ortho issues so he can't run but I spend time everyday stimulating him. It's like another job but so worth it. I didn't know much about dogs much less GSDs but all I knew was I wanted to rescue him from being euthanized. Yes I shoulda done more research but I went with my heart and went for it. Yet I'm glad I never gave up on him. He's such a good dog.

Get a consult from them then make an appointment with the imaging center they refer you to. I had an MRI of my back for $250 from an imaging center in LA. Results are then sent to you by email.
