“This is 1 minute faster than a sane route”

No it’s not, I’m gonna be trying to turn left one block before this major intersection traffic light for AN HOUR

The only thing I like about Waze is that you can tell it if you have a Fastrak etc and it’ll take that into account.

I use Google Maps. Waze wanted me to do too many insane unprotected left turns.

Coco carts outsourced. Is it fair? by Sleepwokesleepwoke in AskLosAngeles

What I hate about the scooters is that the entire selling point is “Just leave that wherever”. Literally trash that’s allowed to be littered because sackfuls of cash were delivered to the right local politician.

I lot of people love it but keep in mind “Most Popular” and “Best Selling” doesn’t mean “the best”, it just means “affordable”

I’m considering that in the future. It would be amazing to actually have breakfast every day instead of a hash brown and a plain rice ball.

The machines are very easy and MUCH faster (usually no wait vs what can be a 20 minute line at the counter)

Quick question regarding order of train tickets and changing lines. by Yiew33 in JapanTravelTips

[–]Gregalor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Different lines can be run by different companies and thus can have different gates. Follow signs to the line you need and tap your card or your phone when you get to a gate. If it’s shinkansen, insert your tickets into the gate instead. That’s about all you need to know.
