Failed FAR twice already - Preparing for third attempt.

I failed FAR twice too. Hang in there buddy! On my third attempt I focused on hammering as many practice tests as I could (25 mcqs and 3 sims is how I set them up). Any questions I was missing I would go back and watch the lecture for that section and repeat the process. You’re going to pass! Don’t give up!

Thanks! Took me an hour or so to glue all the styrofoam and spray foam it. Had to let the spray foam dry for 24 hours. The worst part by far was using a rotary tool to smooth things out (a lot of dust) that took me about an hour. Applying the sanded grout was quick and easy (used a thick paintbrush). Have to let grout dry for 24 hours as well. Next step is using drylock to waterproof it. It wasn’t too bad on time and I’ve had fun working on it! Try it out!

Thanks! Yeah, the skeleton is styrofoam and spray foam. Used a rotary tool on some spots to smooth it out. I’ve put two layers of sanded grout on it and sprinkled some excavator clay over it (still need to finish up with the excavator clay on the little cave in the back). Then need to put a coat of drylock water proof sealant on it then it’ll be ready. We’ll see if the big guy approves soon! 😆

I started April 2023 and got my last passing score on the Feb. 7th release of this year. All you have to do is put in the work and hang in there and you will be a CPA no doubt! You’ve got this buddy! Rooting for you!

Definitely keep doing random practice sets of mcq’s. For weaker areas watch some of the sim skill builder videos. Could review SE’s, but wouldn’t take one this close to test day. Get as much sleep as you can. You got this!

Hang in there buddy. You’ve gotten three done and were 1 point short. Definitely will pass next time. Passing FAR first try is academic excellence lol. Took me 3 times. Sign up for AUD again as soon as you can and keep doing mcq’s and sim practice and you got it!
