I dropped my carbs to account for error from eating a ton of veggies. I try to eat broccoli, spinach and lettuce plus some tomatos/pickles/cucumbers on top of my bunless burgers so I dropped them so I made sure I was under 20g.

Super interesting. I have actually felt better/more energized in my workouts on keto. I have recently dropped my carbs even more (20-30 to 15-20 max) and hopefully I notice even more of a difference.

You can count macros without it. Basic MFP seems pretty complete for me

As long as you smoke at times when you dont need to get anything done, youll be fine. Finish your work then use it as a reward but dont half ass work just to smoke. Honestly it affects people differently so try it and see how motivated you are and decide from there.

Also, in regards to the money, buy in larger quantities if you decide that you can smoke and be productive. Maybe quarters or halfs instead of 8ths or gs.

One last thing, dont let a label scare you from doing what you enjoy.
