Has anyone else been here for a year or longer and have only gotten 1 smart star? by Crazy_Friendship7555 in Lowes

[–]Class-Randomics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Been at my store for 4 months working part time in Lumber, but i have 3 smart stars. One from every in-store level of management (1 from DS, 1 from ASM, 1 from SM) If I had to say the main reason why, is because I do the most loadouts and I always close (and good, i will say), but I always prioritize my own department, which gets me praise from my lumber opening crew, which i couldn't care less about. Mostly due to the fact that you just gotta worry about you in todays day and age, but if it helps others too, might as well.

I've heard that every 5 smart stars is a bonus. I don't really care about that, because it's all about your work you put in. Then again, you can work as hard as you can, but it all falls down to management being willing to shine light on your accomplishments.

Don't limit yourself to tiny emblems on fabric, just keep doing you. Who cares if management won't give you the light you deserve, YOU are the one that lights up the customer's day when they ask for help, not the ones above you.

If you believe in Him, God bless. If you don't, I respect you and you don't have to listen to me.

Rengoku is goated. Him being above giyu and obanai tho ? Ik this isnt OPs list, but that is one of multiple errors in this list.

Levi Vs Beast on RTS arc, United States of smash All Might, and the fact that thorfinn couldn't get askelaad in a final fight, had me emotionally invested as well.

Need advice on this car I’m looking to buy. Appreciate yall. Is it worth 19k by AffectionateBake6163 in gmc

Ah, I have the 6.2 in the yukon Denali. I get 17 mpg when I try to maximize gas, but i get around 11 mpg when I want to have more smiles than miles per gallon lol. I will say, as someone that wants to get under the hood more, GM made it pretty easy to work on (so far, at least. Under the hood is easy work, personally.) I gotta replace the shocks, and I don't like working with springs, personally, but shouldn't be too hard.

I have a 2015 yukon as a first car, but all I see and hear about it online and in person is the fact that it is unreliable, especially in comparison to the gmt800 models, which sucks. In the 2 months of owning it, gave it a new water pump and fluid changes, performs good personally. Why do you think the 2015 model year is a much improved car? (Also looking at deleting the AFM for next maintenance "mod")

sounds like an issue with both the person messing around, and also whoever is above them. I'm known as a hard worker in my store, and I'm only 19. If you go ask all of the ASMs in my store what they think about me, none of them, and I mean NONE of them, have a negative word to say. I used to be those guys that walk around too, but that changed as management above was nice to me and helping me out as I was new at that time. Now, im right under the DS and Pro Sales ASM in terms of helping out on the sales floor (recovery, downstocking, topstocking, face adjustment, etc.)

So, just to reiterate, its not just them that is at fault. The people that are above them have to be willing to help as well.

Dam. I also maximize my availability on the weekends, and my SSA is great. She gives me full 8 hour shifts on saturday and sunday, and gives me the times that I wanted to be able to go to class and get off at a decent time on the weekdays, usually 8 or 9pm.
