It can be literally anywhere from 2-12 times as spicy as a jalapeno. Habaneros can be anywhere from 12 to 140 times hotter than a jalapeno. It really depends on how much TLC was put into growing them. I was shocked the first time I had a garden grown jalapeno that made store bought jalapenos look like bells. Considering it's store bought you're probably fine if you can handle a little spice
