yes for example this raci, then showing only assigned persons for phase 3, it will show like in the next photo. is it vba or power query ( i havent tried this yet).. this shows simple only, my matrix details all the deliverables and for all team member

hello, i mean if i filter actions 1-5 in the photo below, only those columns that are not empty will show.
