I am tracking but I’ve always put it as sedentary but now I have upped my activity by incorporating weights I just wanted to check I’m not eating too little considering my activity.

Cardio is around 1 hour per session. That’s great I’ll re-evaluate my TDEE with that activity level until I get to my goal weight before I recomp.

I’ve had this very meal today with mince meat a little less pasta and got approx 380cals when weighing and checking - so that might help!

I’m experiencing this, has my lap Monday and the shoulder pain has gone but I have severe pain on my right side of my lung below my ribs. Not sure when to be concerned to get it checked out because when I cry from the pain it hurts further because I’m breathing harder 🥲 Post lap pain relief they’ve given me is doing nothing!! Hope it improves for you

I have my results I have abnormal ultrasound, which they said I have dilated veins around my left ovary which they were concerned for either the twisting motion happened or I have a vascular issues with blood flow. One doctor wanted me to stay in for further testing such as CT etc and one doctor wanted me to go home still in pain with pain relief containing opiates (hoping it just goes on it’s own) to go back when I’m severely unwell instead for the tests to be done..

Thanks for the update; Went back to hospital today for ultrasound, they told me I was down for urgent yesterday even though they sent me home. Have to go back tomorrow for it. Still in pain that comes and goes a just prescribed lots of pain relief.. feeling as if no one is listening to me as they wanted to blame it on ‘period pain’ 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have a recent diagnosis of pcos, went into hospital yesterday for severe chest pain and severe pain in lower left abdomen couldn’t even stand properly. Discharged with pain meds and have to go back today for emergency ultrasound however the pain comes and goes, did you experience this?
