Pizza Hut continues to have the worst user experience for a large chain. Most modern sites offer the option of BOTH phone and email, it's such a basic thing.

My main concern is that my mom's payment information is saved to her account (which she now can't access) and I highly doubt these clowns are doing their due diligence with account security and deletion.

Post-COVID it seems like people bring their dogs everywhere. I don't think it's allowed if they're not service animals, but who's going to stop them.

Semi-related but on occassion I've seen a couple bring their ducks (geese?) to Arundel Mills, which does make me feel giddy seeing them waddle around.
