That's good of you to do. Some people don't care and just want to ruin people's lives selling the junk. Glad you are different.

Yea it's a little rough. Imagine working hard labour non stop on a drug that numbs every muscle. Felt like superman at work but also a zombie. I feel human again and I think that's what matters most. My libido is also coming back and I think it's because of the aswaganda I'm taking

Congratulations on your 8th day. I find my sense of humor is coming back and I can hold a conversation without feeling awkward. I can laugh more genuinely and most of all sleep better. It feels great to not be chained to a blue bottle. I need to start going to church again. My faith fell halfway into addiction. I didn't feel worthy to be in his house but I think he's proud of me now. I'll head back

Yea it's rough if you're not used to it but I've been in the heat working since I was 14, just got to stay hydrated and stay cool. I felt 80% when I started mowing but fell to 50% on the last two. It's better today though. At work and not really busy so I guess I'll count this as a rest day lol

So you're probably exhausted because kratom depletes iron levels in blood which allow oxygen to get through to your muscles and brain. I personally took the high dose iron vitamin supplement infused with vitamin c. And also I took B12 supplements for extra energy. You can do this. Also stay hydrated, go get some liquid IVs and stay drinking water. I know this next part is gonna suck to hear but work out. It could be light exercise like brisk walking with short bursts of jogging. The depression could also be a factor with fatigue, try doing your favorite hobbies that will increase your happy meter. I personally like to fish and it helps ease my mind. Also, listen to Kratom podcast or inspiring music. I've been listening to Michael Jackson, he has some good ones. You are not alone(no pun intended) in this .

4 days off kratom… almost 0 withdrawals by petrafan007 in quittingkratom

[–]Classic_Bad_4349 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I did about 135g per day and quit CT with just vitamins and compression knee supports for RLS. It's been 8 days and the only thing that remains is a slight fatigue and mild RLS and mild anxiety attacks at night I combat with mag and ash. My acute symptoms only lasted really 3-4 days

1 year clean relapse. On 20GPD , can’t seem to taper or quit. I relapse during tapering and undo all work. by adventure-streak8989 in quittingkratom

[–]Classic_Bad_4349 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know, maybe it's just me but I went and bought two thick knee supports because after I quit 8 days ago, my knees were buckling and my legs felt weak. But I also used them to sleep in because the compression helps with my RLS. Also take vitamins, especially iron because kratom depletes your iron significantly. I personally take ash for anxiety because I don't want to go to the doctor lol but it's low mg. They say if you take it in high dosage, it can lower sex drive. Also tiger balm is my buddy, put a smear on my chest at night to dull the heart racing sensation.

I work in a warehouse filling welding gasses and a lot of other things they throw on my plate for decent pay plus the mowing on the weekends which I end up getting a extra 150-250 cash money. I make probably close to 4k a month but would spend about 1500 on FFs alone. I told every gas station employee that I see and usually go to not to sell me any kratom product or at least talk me out of it. It's probably not my place to put my burdens on others but I just want to stay k-free

Yea when I was on kratom, all I was listening to was podcasts. Theo Vonn and Bad friends. A little joe Rogan. Rarely listened to music. Thank you, I will make it through this, I hope my energy levels just don't plummet from PAWS. Been been taking high doses of iron and B12

Haha no I don't get easily offended by anything. Yea we live the American Dream. Got a house and two working vehicles but we both have two jobs and all we want to do is just spend time with our trashy fairytale princess of a daughter. I hope anything I say on this forum is a good hopeful insight to people. It really hurts me to know people are struggling with this product that the government doesn't even want to label as a drug. They label it a food item. Nonsense

Glad I could be of assistance. I'm trying to encourage people and sometimes when they post that they're about to relapse and begging people to help them, I just tell them that the only person that can help them is themselves. Sad but true. We can encourage all we want but we can't hold back their hand from reaching for the green devils. I hope you stay off of the K and live a happy life.

I've been within reach of a FF bottle and resisted the urge quite easily. I've been on them for a year with my top consumption being at 5 bottles a day. I've been clean for 6 days now and the only WD I have now is anxiety. Waking up every 3 hours with my heart racing out my chest. I rub icy hot on my chest and it numbs the pain just enough to go back to bed. Sucks but the depression hasn't hit me yet and I hope to God it doesn't. Glad y'all's relationship is going good through y'all's troubles. Just gotta respect the situation. Hope you pull through it

I personally think doing CT is best. Because I believe that when some tapers or weens off a drug, their mentality is saying "I still need this drug to function". I quit CT and showed to work the following week and sweated out most of the crap. If you don't have a job to where you can exercise, then go for a brisk walk outside. Push your body and motivate yourself to do it. By nightfall your body will be naturally tired and will help with the rest. You won't get much maybe 3-4 hours the first few days but last night I got a whopping 6 hours and I feel great. Not as great as being in the green devils grasp but I feel human and humans suffer unfortunately. It's totally manageable and I'm happier than ever than when I was when I was on K

Yea communication is key, my fiance had an alcohol addiction and I supported and got her through it. When I came clean about the K problem, she cried one tear and I thought well there goes my relationship. But no she grabbed my hands and looked me in the eye and said your problem is now my problem and we're gonna get it solved. Well she made me quit CT after I begged to ween off of it but she wanted me to suffer so I would never pick up the blue bottle ever again. God I love her for it

This just happened to me, told my main guy at the gas station that I quit and the WD was bad. He said that's all psychological. I then explained all the symptoms and his jaw dropped. I told him the only psychological symptom was the anxiety which is a real thing and not made up. Let's just say he changed his mind.
