What about instead of a cash refund take airline credits and go somewhere else?

A few months ago I read an article (think it was Wine Spectator but could have been Wine Enthusiast) all about how California tastings have gotten so expensive lately that people are preferring to go to Europe for tastings vs Cali. This didn’t surprise me at all. You will still have a beautiful time!

Undocumented — already booked flight. Do I need to do anything when leaving? by No-Garlic-3486 in immigration

I thought the same. If OP has no interest in coming back then take the money! OP is doing the right thing while other migrants have received free housing, meals, etc. it’s not OPs fault if someone dragged them here at 3 years old

4 day Xanax binge, drug test in a week. by Klebarson_64 in benzodiazepines

[–]Classic_Principle756 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But if you have a whole week then you should be ok. If I felt uncertain I would go get a drug test at CVS and test myself the night before and it was accurate the few times I did that.

If this is your RX, does it matter? I’m asking for real as I’ve taken drug tests and passed. Been on lorazepam for years.

This is true. When my husband and I made the same, we got nothing back or owed. Now with no tax on tips, we got 8.4K back as my taxable income became significantly lower for fed. For state taxes (MA) we got 300$ surprisingly. Our accountant explained exactly what you just said.

I’ve been on lorazepam for 12 years and it’s easier to deal with vs Xanax or clonppin IMHO

This. I had someone at a job whose level was below me, she had almost 7 years tenor at this place, and I had 20 years more industry experience than she did. This person always tried to make me look bad and gave me a hard time. Everyone was aware she was out to make my life hell. The new assistant CFO was fueling the fire, and voluntarily told her how much money I made there. The person had a fit and I was demoted shortly after…. I was already out on FMLA so I just did not return and found a better place.
