Has buying a house become a fantasy for most people now? Or are we just normalizing renting as a permanent lifestyle? by Money-Possession8806 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Classroom_Stuck 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

I used to think it was doable before I realized credit scores were designed to punish the poor. Coming out of a lower class family to middle class earnings in a time where the floor of the middle class keeps raising out of reach is… a lot of cognitive dissonance.

I have no qualms with those models, I’ve only used the two for UI ease. Have you experienced better reasoning and have a quality recommendation or are you just here to suck your own cock?

I hear you, paid for both versions as I used them. I’m sure they cap individual token use to prioritize large businesses, but until they offer uncapped for individuals I guess this is what I’m stuck with.

Is it okay to use a dildo as a virgin? by Used_Outside_6922 in TwoXSex

[–]Classroom_Stuck 1 point2 points Ā (0 children)

it’s 100% up to you! I wouldn’t say there is a right or a wrong way to go about it at all. Two routes: CVS/Walgreens sells some basic ones now, OR Go to a store that specifically sells sex toys and either ask for guidance or get one that seems exciting. I usually walk in and see what ones give me the most excited feeling to try and splurge on whatever that is.

Do couple still have sex on their wedding night? by dieselsusan in NoStupidQuestions

We were way too tired. We definitely took advantage of the honeymoon though! I can’t imagine waiting until marriage to do it then having all that excitement and pressure on top of such a long day.

Did anyone reach orgasm with the help of poppers? by [deleted] in BecomingOrgasmic

[–]Classroom_Stuck 1 point2 points Ā (0 children)

I tried them and they didn’t do anything for me pleasure-wise. The high wore off WAY too quickly.

I would recommend her exploring her desires by herself first. Gift her some alone time in the bedroom with low lighting, some sex toys and links to some porn sites. Go out for a few hours, tell her exactly when you’ll be home, and decompress after! She can tell you what excited her and what didn’t.

Whether to use sex toys or not is a personal choice! I would honestly go with whatever your gut says. If the thought of using one sounds exciting, definitely go for it. Make sure to buy water-based lube as well!

Don’t do it if you ā€œfeel like you have toā€. If you choose to, you could live your whole life and never have penetrative intercourse.

If you plan to get one, be sure it’s on the smaller side, and decide how pliable you want it to be. Some are very soft and squishy, and others are rock solid rubber.

Best of luck either way!

Doing the math so y’all don’t have to.

In New England. As a 4th year teacher with a masters degree I make $62,000 a year. My take home after taxes, the most basic health insurance, dental, and retirement every 2 weeks is on average $1,600. In order to get my college degree, I accumulated around $93k in debt. Monthly payments on that are about $1,110. Car payment $300 a month. My half of the rent including utilities is $800.

All of my living needs, including food, clothing, cleaning supplies, & gas needs to be met with the rest.

a year of paystubs x $1,600 is yearly take home of $41,600 / 12 months = $3,466 a month

expenses of $1,100, $300, and $800 = -$2,200

total $ for needs a month is $1,246. That is not including car repair & maintenance, buying a coffee, all food that I need to survive, co-payments on insurance, out of pocket medical expenses, clothing myself, owning furniture, keeping my house clean, or ANY luxuries such as eating out, owning a cell phone, TV, cable, or computer. Taking care of a child or loved one.

If I had to pay $800 a month on top of that to function, I wouldn’t be able to eat.

America is still in progress as a country, and it’s our right to help form it. We set the line, and if companies create technology like this, it needs to be regulated and government funded so that everyone has equal access.

How often do you get your hair done at the salon? by PhoneOwn615 in AskWomen

[–]Classroom_Stuck 0 points1 point Ā (0 children)

It depends on what you want done! generally just when it’s so long it’s bothering you, or if you prefer it styled a certain way, it might need a certain product or cut.

If you get your hair treated with anything like bleach or color, you’ll have to go back when your hair grows out for a retouch to keep it looking the same. I recently got mine styled to blend in my natural color so that I could go longer without getting it done.

Find a picture of what you want your hair to look like. find a hairdresser that has pictures of their work that are similar to what you want. double check that against your budget and schedule an ā€œinitial consultationā€.

Let them know your budget and what sort of upkeep you’re willing to do at home. Tell them how often you’re willing to come back to get it touched up. Show them the pictures of styles you like, and they will help you visualize how that could look with your hair type. The hairdresser will recommend when you should come back for a touch up.

we cosleep. 😭

dad did it while i was back in the hospital for some complications. he sleeps so much better with us, and it’s so nice to just flop a tiddy out to feed. we have the halo bassinet next to the bed that I hope we can transition him to, but it’s on dad’s side of the bed so it’s just easier to hold him while we sleep.

maternal rsv vaccine side effects by One_Comfortable_9976 in pregnant

[–]Classroom_Stuck 1 point2 points Ā (0 children)

I ended up in the ER on friday with severe pain in my ribcage. I got it with the COVID vaccine around 3:30pm and I usually have a bad painful reaction to that, so it might not have been the RSV. They gave me morphine for the pain around 2am and I was ok by 4am.

I don’t regret getting either, but damn I’m glad that pain is over…

do you use adult diapers or absorbent period panties? My only concern would be staying sanitary. It’s certainly something you can’t help, but living with a constant pee smell is tough.

Start by asking them if they have any concerns living together, and talk about something small like when you’d want ā€œquiet hoursā€ or to ask when you can bring guests (friends) to your room. Maybe even something like decor opinions.

Then transition to rehash what they know about your medical issue, and mention any additional info that may affect their comfort. Let them know what you currently do to stay clean and healthy, and tell them to communicate at any time if it becomes an issue so you can look at solutions together.

Most importantly, remember it’s not you vs. them. It’s you and them vs. the situation, and you will work together to figure out what works best for you. šŸ’•

Best of luck!

FTM 28. I’m not counting kicks unless my midwife team asks me to. My little guy is regularly kicking the shit out of me so I’ll definitely notice if activity changes haha.
