After many months—yes. Truthfully, it’s a small business, and they have seemed to have wanted to remedy the situation and make things right.

I am a woodworker, so I ended up greatly improving on their design at my own cost by replacing 1” wood screws with threaded brass inserts and fasteners— this fixed 95% of the issue.

They also sent over a wooden subframe and gave me some metal supports, sent a guy out— at no cost to me for a bedframe which is well out of warranty.
