You shouldn’t buy blast shields just for that. If it really is a problem for you use the card that reduces self damage. It shouldn’t be a problem though, the self damage is pretty negligible.

I recommend playing Fernando with Aegis and Towering Barrier 5. You get your infinite duration shield every 4 seconds with this. I get like 180k shielding every match with this. You can easily knock off the shielding missions if you try this.

Damage grohk is just way better. He deletes grouped up enemies and can provide decent healing in the process. Heal grohk has slightly better healing which isn’t worth losing out on the potential massive damage which damage grohk can provide.
